If you haven’t heard, CES 2013 (Consumer Electronics Show) is happening right now. A huge event to showcase what to expect in 2013, and where the future trend in electronics is heading.
Over the past couple years we’ve seen tablets become more and more popular – rightfully so.
As for the TV market, there hasn’t been anything big in terms of innovation. There’s been a push for 3D TVs, but according to analysis, the market doesn’t like it.
Cue in UltraTVs – 4K resolution monsters almost doubling the current resolution of today’s high end TVs. CES 2013 introduced multiple TV manufacturers heading this way.
Just as these TVs are being introduced to the market, Panasonic is already ahead of the curve by providing a 20″ 4k resolution tablet with pen/stylus capabilities.
Just last year Apple introduced there ground breaking retina monitors, but this 4k tablet from Panasonic absolutely destroys it.
Don’t get too hyped though, this is just a prototype and expect the price somewhere around it’s resolution – 4k.
