There was a time where bean bag chairs were considered “childish” – with good reasoning too. The majority of bean bag owners were in fact kids and teens.
It was a perfect chair to sink into when your day consisted of nothing but Call of Duty. Never mind the posture concerns, it was the ideal chair, for kids.
Antoinette Bader, Winner of the 2012 Interior Innovation Award, changed the bean bag stereotype with the Marie Bean Bag Chair ($TBD).
The top of the chair consists of triangular pad pieces giving it the modern-sharp look, while the inside consists of polystyrene beads providing the heart and enjoyment you would find in a classic bean bag chair.
