jay z magna carta holy grail review, magna carta holy grail, mchg, jayz mchg

July 4th is a great day for 2 different groups of people – Americans and Samsung users. Aside from the obvious “Independence Day” for Americans, I’m focusing more on the latter of the 2 groups (which I’ll talk about in a bit).

Critically acclaimed rapper and businessman, Jay-Z, has just pre-released his 12th album dubbed Magna Carta Holy Grail (#MCHG) for FREE!

MCHG features 16 tracks with an array of collaborations – Justin Timberlake, Nas, Frank Ocean, Rick Ross, Pharrell, and even the Queen B herself, Beyonce.

Critics have weighed in:

“With platinum status guaranteed even before his album goes on sale July 9, he could have just mailed it in. But he stays on top, because he refuses to do anything less than epic” - Steve Jones, USA TODAY

“…subsequent listens uncover thoughtful commentary and societal observation, lending to the album’s replay value.” – Rob Markman, MTV

As I mentioned earlier, this was just a pre-release! 1 Million Samsung users (Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, and Note 2) will be able to download the app through Google Play Store – Magna Carta Holy Grail - the rest of the world can wait until July 9th, which is the actual release date.
